Your Role and Responsibilities:
Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships, being the key link between Platts and our customers.
Professional Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales Team and the Marketing Team to attract and retain new customers as well as improve what we offer to customers.
Customer Engagement: Develop customer journey innovation programmes to ensure customers are targeted at each point in their lifecycle.
Data Led Decisions: Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators using the data to develop actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech Experience: Previous experience in customer relationship management systems, HubSpot or similar
Effective Communicator: Excellent and confident written and verbal skills
Proactive Problem Solver: Bring a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge
Analytical Mindset: Draw conclusions by analysing all campaigns
Position: CRM Manager
Location: Llay, Wrexham
Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm, permanent
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
