What will the role of Telesales Executive entail?
Working as part of an experienced professional team, as a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities and duties to include:
Inbound and outbound sales: Understanding customer and prospects’ requirements, and recommending suitable products from our range. Upselling and cross-selling.
Account management: providing the highest standards of professional customer service and building a rapport with our customers to develop repeat custom.
Proactively identifying potential key accounts: through fact finding and opening conversations, ensuring the database remains up-to-date at all times to fuel our marketing activity, and communicating this with our wider teams.
Processing orders and related order administration, maintaining accurate database records.

Excellent listening skills: A willingness to learn and develop new skills and gain fluency in industry specific knowledge.
A positive and “can do” approach to a challenge.
IT Literacy: Our digital systems are at the core of our sales and marketing processes, amplifying your success.
Previous office based customer service, sales or administration experience would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.

Salary: £26,520 per year, plus bonus scheme.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm – 42.5 hours with paid break.
