We want to reassure all our customers that we remain open and fully operational and are continuing to be able to provide you with a ‘business as usual’ service to meet your animal bedding and cubicle conditioner requirements.
We understand our customers rely on Platts to deliver our quality products alongside a reliable service, and keep your businesses running efficiently. We are experiencing high volumes of orders, so please do order and take delivery of your Winter requirements at your earliest convenience, to avoid disappointment or longer-than-usual wait times, should the situation escalate -and raw materials become less available within the marketplace.
‘Platts People’ Welfare
All our staff have been provided with masks and sanitiser and are receiving regular communication updates regarding Covid-19. Our offices and premises continue to be cleaned regularly and we have provided additional cleaning materials. We have revised our business continuity procedures, to consider remote working options where possible.
Non-essential visitors to our office will not be admitted- and customers collecting from site will be required to follow procedures to protect our workforce.
If you are affected by symptoms– please do avoid contact with our drivers on delivery- and make them aware of any instructions via telephone when they call on route. Please refrain from coming to our offices/site to collect if you believe you’re a risk. We appreciate your cooperation at this time.
