Defence Employer Recognition Scheme and the Armed Forces Covenant

As a supporter of the Armed Forces, Platts Group is delighted to have received the Bronze ERS award in recognition of our support to Defence personnel.  To be recognised for our public commitment to staff and potential employees that are part of the Armed Forces Community is a privilege and an honour.

Underpinning the ERS is the Armed Forces Covenant, which we signed on 21 March 2024. The Covenant is a promise to ensure those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect.

We are aware of the commitment and sacrifice that serving members of the Armed Forces and veterans and their families give. We also recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to employers and by signing the Covenant we are pledging our support to the Armed Forces community.

We look forward to continuing our work in support of the Armed Forces by seeking to achieve the Silver ERS award.
